“Never Again” must mean never again for anyone, anywhere.
A 180-page witness record assembling what is known about January 2026 — names, places, hospital reports, satellite testimony — alongside the independent verification work being done by HRANA, the BBC, Iran International, Amnesty and Human Rights Watch.
The preprint is openly readable. It is documentation, not commentary. It exists so the record cannot be quietly walked back.

Figures current as of the preprint’s documentation cut-off on February 4, 2026. Verification work by all four organisations is ongoing.
We preserve the voices others want silenced and publish what fear tries to bury.
Iran Watch is the civic-record arm of IRSA — the Iranian Student Association at UCF. We organize awareness events, archive verified evidence, and publish first-hand testimony from witnesses inside Iran, so that what the regime denies, the world is forced to read.
The numbers most newsrooms will not print.
